A well-maintained and fully furnished factory is developed in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi which is covering 1,000 square meters area. By including this facility, we have the support of total 5 production lines that are equipped with automatic embroidery, weaving, sewing, pressing, dyeing, printing and many other machinery. In the manufacturing process, we use natural, synthetic and contrived fibers for spinning which are done through ultra-modern spinning machine. Under the supervision of experts, all the jobs of  weaving, dyeing, printing, washing and finishing are carried out. At the final stage, several chemical treatments are performed on fibers, yarns and fabrics to improve their texture. Brushing, Shearing, Pressing, Raising, Beetling and Folding are some of the methods through which our Embroidered / Beaded Pashmina Shawls and other products are passed.

Built over wide land area, it has enough space to stock the products on bulk quantity. A separate team of professionals are appointed for handling this unit and for record keeping of incoming and outgoing products. We pack our woolen textile products in high grade packaging material and deliver them on client's destination within the time frame with utmost safety.
